Today’s
lesson went far better than yesterday’s. It made a huge difference to actually
know the ability level of the students and adapt my lesson so that it was more
engaging and had more explanation to it. All three of my students in my small
group did fantastic and were figuring out syllables for three syllable words
and they had never even learned about syllables before, what a success! The
students also really enjoyed the book The
Napping House so for tomorrow I’m bringing the book Nuffle Bunny with me in order to help enhance tomorrow’s lesson. I’m so happy that
today went well as it gives me that extra amount of motivation to keep plugging
away this week.
